Accessibility

TUSSA intends that the presentation of all the contents and essential functionalities of the web be independent of the physical devices and of the employed web browsers for such an end, codified with technical standards of free and free use, and accessible for browsers adapted to disabled people or sensory, motor or cognitive limitations.

The European Union, in resolution of the Counsel of March 25, 2002, encourages to the member States to keep in mind the need that the digital contents be accessible, and continuing this recommendation, the Law 34/2002, of 11 of July, of services of the company of the information and of electronic commerce, directs that the public administrations will adopt the necessary measures so that the available information in their pages of internet be accessible to people with disability and of advanced age, according to the criteria of accessibility of generally recognized content, before December 31, 2005.

In coherence with this objective, the design of the web www.tussa.org has been carried out taking into account recommendations of accessibility for the first level of priority of the guidelines. WAI del W3C.
